All positions within an Illinois dispensary are formally known as Agents.  In this state mandated Responsible Agent Continuing Education 4 hour intensive class by Chicago NORML, future Agents learn about the most common roles, responsibilities, and methodologies within an Illinois medical cannabis dispensary. These classes took place in October of 2019 at the University of Chicago.
