All positions within an Illinois dispensary are formally known as Agents.  In this state mandated Responsible Agent Continuing Education 4 hour intensive class by Chicago NORML, future Agents learn about the most common roles, responsibilities, and methodologies within an Illinois medical cannabis dispensary.
