For more than four decades, NORML Affiliates and Chapters have demonstrated their ability to mobilize thousands of marijuana advocates from around the country. This year, Chicago NORML will lead our organization’s lobbying efforts in Springfield to do the work of expanding upon the hard work and tremendous gains from cannabis legalization in Illinois.
