Cannabis Facility Construction (CFC), a division of Mosaic Construction (which specializes in multifamily and residential design-build construction), is based in Northbrook, Illinois, and is a national, industry leader in full-service cannabis facility design-build.

Though not a requirement by the state, CFC is working with Black Contractors Owners Executives (BCOE) and Chicago NORML to expand the number of MBE and WBE trade partners in cannabis design/build work in Illinois. ​They are aligned with the state's vision ​that the cannabis industry ​must have a positive impact on minority-owned businesses, neighborhoods, and individuals.
